Contact our office at  715-345-0500 Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and we can discuss this with you.

We can also provide you with a quote of your bundled out of pocket cost estimate which includes the surgical center facility fee as well as:

• the surgeon’s fee for the procedure;
• the anesthesia fee for the procedure (if anesthesia is used)

To receive your  bundled out of pocket cost estimate prior to your procedure, contact our office at 715-345-0500 Monday through Friday between 8am-5pm. 

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to provide this estimate

Do you have no insurance or maybe prefer to not use your insurance for your procedure?  If so, consider our cash based option.

If you are scheduled for surgery at our facility and we are filing insurance for you, we cannot offer you the cash based option.
